Add another 1G RAM to the Server. Hope will help lagging problem.

Hey, I wasn't too serious about Sue'ing. Besides, You wont loose money. I highly doubt you understand it. Haha, "Then dont use our Streamyx ?" If thats so, why did the Government paid them so high for ? To give stupid Customer Service ? I don't think so .. TmNet has been in this situation for quite some time. So think twice buddy.
