Q: How do I get start with RenzMS?
A: Goto "Register" section to register your Account 1st. After that goto "Download" section download the MapleStory Global File, Install it! then download the RenzMS Client File and paste it.

Q: How to paste the RenzMS client?
A: After you downloaded RenzMs client, extract it. Open the file called "readme.txt", read & follow the instruction step by step.

Q: How do I create a character?
A: After selecting a server and channel there should be a screen that comes up with a list of wooden boards which gives option to; Create a Character, Delete Character; Select a Character. Select "Create a Character".

Q: Can I change my password?
A: Goto to the "Tools" section, you can see the "Change Password". Enter your Current Password then enter your New password and click "SUMMIT".

Q: I am get stuck in a map, what should I do?
A: Goto to the "Tools" section, you can see the "stuck somewhere?". Enter your User Name, password and character, click "RESET MAP".

Q: My character became negative exprience, what should I do?
A: Goto to the "Tools" section, you can see the "EXPRIENCE FIX?". Enter your character, click "SUMMIT".

Q: I have been banned, reason?
A: All false bans should be imediantly posted on "Banned" section!

Q: I got problem to open RenzMs after paste RenzMS client to Maple Global.
A: Make sure you download the correct version. RenzMS client now is v0.55 and must paste to Maple Global v0.55 ONLY!!!

Q: I am unable to open RenzMs and my antivirus detected Trojan horse!
A: This is because all antivirus programs scans for IP address and since hexed clients have an IP address in them, it detects it as a Trojan Horse. The best way to bypass this is to allow the program pass the check, or to completely disable your antivirus.

Q: What is PvP?
A: PvP is new released system that enable Player Vs Player on the same channel. Our's PvP Channel is on Channel no. 6

Q: I got banned unfairly, how do I get unbanned?
A:You can start by posting a detailed ban appeal in the forums, explaining what happened.
