Connection to server prob

GM sorry for my disturbance cuz met wif some prob of RenzMs connection

I still can log in my character in this afternoon but when i try to log in at 7pm the problem existed.while i wana log in my char It say "the character is still log in....or wadever" so i use the tools in website to dc-ed my acc then try agn.

this time i can log in but while i double click on my char the screen hang a while then dced,so I try 2 relog in but the sever said agn "the char is still log on....."so i reppeat agn dc-ed my acc but still unable to log in to my acc and while i double click on my char the screen hang,and follow by dc said unable to connect to the server.

weirdo y can i log in my char in the afternoon but unable now ?
can GM help me solve this prob ?
