How to get rid of this "error code"?

i double-clicked on RMS icon and wait for quite long. Appeared black screen then pop out a bar said error code. What shall i do? Exclamation

Still same end up... error code[black screen and pop out] This one is using maplesea game client or global maple?

this private server is using maple global client

i have the ver.55 maple global client.... other private server i can play but renz keep on "error code after black screen"... Any 1 have the same experience? Please let me know how to fix it.
